About the role
Options & Equity Derivatives Remote (US) | Full-time Corgi is recruiting experienced institutional options sales traders with established client relationships to grow our business across listed options and equity derivatives. The Opportunity:
- Develop and manage institutional client relationships
- Execute client options orders and provide market color, liquidity insight and execution guidance
- Identify and onboard new institutional clients
- Introduce clients to relevant capabilities across the platform
- Coordinate with trading, operations and compliance throughout the trade lifecycle
- Maintain accurate order handling, reporting and records
- Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking entrepreneurial sales traders who bring:
- Established institutional buy-side relationships and a demonstrated record of generating revenue
- Experience developing business driven primarily by client-initiated options order flow
- An understanding of institutional investors’ execution needs
- Strong communication skills and long-term client relationships
- Accountability, collaboration and disciplined execution
- An interest in helping build and grow the desk
Candidates should generally have five or more years of institutional sales-trading experience. We’ll also consider candidates with fewer years who already cover their own institutional accounts.
Series 7 and 63 registrations are required, with additional registrations required depending on assigned activities. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain all registrations and approvals required for the role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
