About the role
VaynerX is seeking a Recruiter to partner with multiple teams and bridge department needs with the broader company. You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, source candidates through job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn, review resumes, and schedule interviews, with a focus on diversity initiatives and candidate experience. The role can be based in New York or Los Angeles, with a total compensation baseline in the base salary range and comprehensive benefits including 401k with match and health
