About the role
Headway is seeking an experienced Staff Recruiter to own our most complex and senior design searches. You will partner directly with the CPO and leadership teams to design the right hiring strategy, shape the talent bar, and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will operate as a true talent advisor, running end-to-end searches across Product Design and Product Analytics/Research, building durable pipelines while ensuring a thoughtful, executive-grade candidate experience.
