About the role
Growthub is a performance creative agency hiring for its creative roles. The recruiter will run end-to-end recruitment, manage pipelines in Breezy HR, and build warm talent pools to meet placement targets. You will standardize scorecards and interview guides and report weekly on pipeline health, conversion, and time-to-fill across LATAM, UK, US and offshore markets using AI sourcing tools.
