About the role

We're looking for a Director of Marketing to build and run the marketing engine behind our two mandates: revenue generation and brand building. Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll work alongside Sales as one revenue team to generate pipeline across every segment and product, including our largest enterprise logos. This is a highly hands-on role that combines revenue strategy, storytelling, and AI-powered content production. You'll own our content flywheel, turning product launches, customer outcomes, and social proof into stories that build audience and pipeline. We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who starts with the numbers, makes the focus call, and gets excited about finding the story in the material and shipping it everywhere at once.
Responsibilities: Own the Revenue Math: Translate company targets into logos, pipeline, and impact windows, and let the funnel math set marketing's pipeline number before any tactic is chosen. Build the Content Flywheel: Turn product marketing, customer experience, and social proof into a repeatable loop: source, tier, verify, and produce every story in written, video, and live formats. Run the AI Production Line: Build a clear human/AI workflow where people own strategy, story selection, voice, and approval, and AI drafts, repurposes, and schedules. Validate each asset type manually before scaling it. Drive Pipeline at Every Size: Own inbound across all segments and products through demand capture (search and AI-assistant answers), ABM, webinar-to-meeting paths, and gated flagship assets. Scale Social Proof: Lead the lighthouse motion and a Customer Advisory Board of 8–12 customers, moving logos from quote to full story to live reference for enterprise deals. Build Industry Presence: Grow borrowed reach with the category's credible voices, plus press, publications, webinars, events, a peer summit, and a leading voice in the industry's AI conversation. Partner with Sales as One Revenue Team: Use attribution to learn what's working and double down, not to claim credit, and report on pipeline generated and brand position, including share of conversation and inbound mix.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment, with accountability for both pipeline generation and brand building. Strong command of funnel math, pipeline modeling, and attribution, with a track record of generating pipeline that sales can forecast. Proven ability to build and run a content engine across written, video, and live formats, with a sharp eye for the story in the material. Hands-on experience with demand capture, ABM, webinars, and events, including visibility in search and AI-assistant answers. Experience building customer advocacy programs, such as case studies, references, and advisory boards, that help win enterprise deals. Proficiency with modern AI tools and the ability to design governed, repeatable AI-assisted content workflows. Strong analytical rigor, including clearly separating what came from data, what was assumed, what was modeled, and what AI generated. Ability to push back on leadership with substance, make clear focus calls, and partner closely with sales. Strong ownership, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
