About the role

Whiteglove UGC specializes in end-to-end user-generated content (UGC) services for brands seeking authentic, high-performing ads. We handle the entire creative pipeline—sourcing creators, scriptwriting, and producing polished creatives with our in-house editors. We partner closely with clients to ensure content aligns with their brand voice, leverages performance data to maximize ROI across digital channels. As a Creative Strategist, you'll take ownership of end-to-end campaigns—bridging the gap between client needs and our creative pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include creative testing and conducting market and audience research. The strategist will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, on-brand, and tailored content for key platforms. Experience working on DTC campaigns, performance marketing, or equivalent. Background in social media or content creation, especially within UGC or influencer ecosystems is a plus. Excellent project management skills and ability to write compelling briefs and scripts. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Full-time (40 hours/week)
To apply, please submit your resume alongside a portfolio of your best creative briefs.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
