About the role

To support the operational backbone of the go-to-market engine, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will manage the sales tech stack, drive forecasting and pipeline management, and ensure accurate sales compensation administration in a remote role. Key responsibilities Own and optimize the sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity and adoption across the sales organization Drive forecasting and pipeline management by building and maintaining dashboards for real-time visibility into pipeline health and conversion rates Administer sales compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of disputes while coordinating with Accounting Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry Hands-on CRM administration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, including report and dashboard creation Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus Experience in supporting or administering sales compensation/commission programs Understanding of accruals, revenue recognition basics, and audit/compliance expectations around compensation calculations
