About the role
Building the Revenue Operations function from the ground up, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Lead will manage forecasting, pipeline management, partner revenue operations, and territory design while ensuring data governance and reporting accuracy across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Own the weekly forecast process and maintain pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate reporting across direct and partner sales motions
Design and implement attribution models for partner-sourced revenue and establish deal registration processes
Oversee the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM management and data governance standards
Required qualifications
4-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields within a B2B enterprise software company
Proven experience in building processes, models, or systems from scratch
Hands-on SQL skills for data querying and modeling, along with strong spreadsheet modeling capabilities
Deep understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce, at an administrator or architect level
Experience with partner or channel operations, including deal registration and partner attribution
