About the role
MapTiler is seeking a Head of Design to lead the craft and design practice across our products and customer experience. This is a new role guiding a team of 5 designers and shaping how we work, measure UX maturity, and integrate AI into daily practice.
You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing, and report to the executive team. 8+ years in design with leadership, strong portfolio, and DX alignment are essential.
