Quartile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead global recruitment for business, marketing, and technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to drive an efficient process and strong candidate experience across the organization. You will build dashboards, analyze metrics, and guide strategy while leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, Calendly, and other recruiting platforms to scale our international talent pipeline.
