About the role

About: Noreva is an AI-driven software company building the data and research platform for the energy transition. Noreva fuses transparent fundamentals, AI-driven modeling, and real transactional insight to deliver clarity across energy markets. Investors, asset owners, developers, and commodity producers use Noreva to value assets, settle deals, stress-test capital structures, and build strategies with conviction.
About the Role: Noreva is hiring its first Marketing Manager to build our brand from the ground up and help drive explosive growth. You’ll own marketing end to end, with a heavy focus on digital: paid media, our presence across channels, and how the brand shows up everywhere our clients look. You’ll also bring Noreva to clients through conferences and events, and shape the content that sets us apart in the market. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for the person who will make Noreva a name everyone in energy knows.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
  • Own Noreva’s website, social, and search presence, keeping brand voice and visuals consistent
  • Track and report on performance, from traffic and engagement to cost per lead and pipeline
  • Plan and run Noreva’s presence at industry conferences, in addition to sponsorships, webinars, and client events
  • Work with sales and leadership on campaigns, product launches, and client materials
  • Manage the content calendar: market commentary, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies
  • Support leadership on press, external communications, and thought leadership
Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience running paid digital campaignsB2B background, ideally at a SaaS, data, or software company
  • Proven success building or growing a brand
  • Fluent in analytics and campaign tools
  • Experience running events and conference presence
  • Strong writer who can adjust tone for different audiences
Bonus: familiarity with energy, commodities, financial data, or AI products

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
