About the role

About: Karbone Inc. is an award-winning liquidity services provider for energy transition and environmental commodity markets. Since 2008, we have offered integrated and innovative revenue hedging, risk management, and market advisory solutions to a global suite of clients across energy markets. Our teams are proudly ranked first amongst their peers and are all dedicated toward our core mission of providing our clients and partners with the insight, execution, and liquidity solutions they need to succeed in the new energy transition.
About the Role: Karbone is looking for a Marketing Manager to own marketing end to end: brand, content, campaigns, events, and communications. You'll be marketing across our group of companies: Karbone, Captona, and Noreva. This is a generalist role for someone who wants broad ownership in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
  • Own brand voice and visual identity across web, decks, social, and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and sponsorships (planning, logistics, follow-up)
  • Partner with leadership on external communications, press, and thought leadership positioning
  • Plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Manage content calendar e.g. market commentary distribution, newsletters, case studies
  • Track and report on marketing performance (traffic, engagement, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure across brand, content, and campaigns
  • Comfortable working independently and setting priorities without heavy oversight
  • Strong writer with a clear, sharp voice and an ability to adapt it across audiences
  • Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) and email/CRM platforms
Bonus: familiarity with financial services, the energy sector, or B2B/institutional marketing

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
