As a Maintenance Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate a team of 9 engaged in chemical production plant support in the functions of central maintenance, utilities supply (steam, electricity, water, air, nitrogen, and others), treatment of incoming water, pretreatment of wastewater, and engineering stores. In this role, you will be responsible for capital improvements to the 150,000 sq ft building with scope including the interior and exterior of the building.
