About the role
Leading the development and execution of experiential activations for a high-profile internal event, the part-time contract Experiential Events Producer will manage vendor relationships, oversee budgeting and logistics, and ensure cohesive onsite execution while working remotely within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with creative and event teams to develop experiential strategies and actionable production plans
Source and manage vendors for production, ensuring all components meet quality and brand expectations
Oversee onsite execution, including vendor coordination, installation, and troubleshooting during the eventRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or related fields
Proven track record of managing experiential concepts from development to onsite execution
Strong vendor sourcing, production management, and budgeting experience
Experience in developing program briefs, production schedules, and activation plans
Comprehensive understanding of event logistics, fabrication, and onsite operations
