About the role
To elevate and modernize the enterprise sales organization, the full-time Vice President of Enterprise Sales will drive new-logo acquisition and expansion within strategic prospects and customers while leading a consultative selling culture.
Key responsibilities
Execute enterprise revenue growth strategies and enhance customer relationships
Coach and develop the existing sales and account management teams to foster high performance
Modernize the sales process and deepen partner engagement across the enterprise go-to-market motion
Required qualifications
Proven track record in developing revenue growth strategies and achieving targets in a cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environment
Significant leadership experience in a scaled, revenue-focused SaaS organization with a focus on subscription-based models
Experience in building go-to-market motions with VARs, resellers, and distributors
Data-driven leadership with experience in setting KPIs and monitoring sales effectiveness
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a history of mentoring successful sales leaders
