About the role

About WorkMagic WorkMagic is an AI-powered marketing measurement and experimentation platform helping modern brands understand what actually drives incremental growth. We work with fast-growing ecommerce and omnichannel brands to measure marketing performance across channels, run incrementality experiments, improve attribution, and make smarter decisions about where to invest and scale. As WorkMagic grows, events are becoming an important part of how we generate pipeline, engage target accounts, and build stronger relationships with customers and strategic partners. We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own and scale this channel.
About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven, highly organized Event Marketing Manager to build and execute event programs that generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth. You’ll own a mix of industry conferences, executive dinners, partner events, webinars, virtual summits, customer events, and community programs, from identifying the right opportunities and audiences through promotion, execution, follow-up, and performance measurement. This is not just an event logistics role. Your primary goal is to turn events into a scalable lead generation and pipeline channel. You’ll think strategically about which events we should invest in, who we need in the room, how we attract the right accounts, and how we convert engagement into meetings and pipeline.
What You’ll Do: Drive pipeline through events: Plan and execute conferences, dinners, webinars, partner events, and community programs that generate qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline. Support product launches and adoption: Use events and campaigns to introduce new products and features, educate customers and prospects, and drive awareness and adoption. Own events end-to-end: Manage strategy, audience, promotion, speakers, logistics, execution, follow-up, and measurement. Build strong partner relationships: Work closely with customers, advertising platforms, technology partners, speakers, and event organizers to create high-impact joint programs. Measure and optimize: Track event performance across attendance, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline, product engagement, and ROI, and continuously improve based on results.
What We’re Looking For: 4–7+ years of experience in event, field, demand generation, or partner marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or MarTech. Results-driven: focused on qualified leads, pipeline, product adoption, and measurable business impact. Strong experience owning in-person and virtual events end-to-end. Excellent relationship-building skills with partners, customers, speakers, and internal stakeholders. AI-native and highly resourceful: comfortable using AI to move faster, improve quality, and scale execution. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have: Experience marketing to ecommerce, retail, consumer brands, or marketing executives. Experience working at a B2B SaaS or marketing technology company. Existing relationships within the ecommerce, advertising, or marketing ecosystem. Familiarity with marketing measurement, attribution, advertising platforms, or analytics.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
