The Role:
As a Bartender at CLUB39, you'll work behind a full bar and execute a serious but approachable cocktail program in an environment where guests come to have a genuinely good time. You're a meaningful part of what makes that happen. Our focus is linking genuine hospitality with expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Were looking for someone who takes pride in a well-built drink and a welcoming interaction, and understands that bartending and hospitality are the same skill when youre doing both right.
What We're Looking For:
60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Previous bartending or bar experience -- at least one year preferred 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Warmth and genuine care for the guest experience -- hospitality is a skill, not a personality trait, and we hire accordingly 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Working knowledge of spirits, cocktail technique, and bar operations 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; TABC certification or willingness to obtain prior to start 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Reliable and organized 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Comfort with POS systems (we use Union POS) 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Experience with batched cocktail programs or frozen cocktail equipment is a plus
What You'll Do:
60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Prepare and serve CLUB39's full cocktail program to build standard 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Greet every guest warmly and provide confident, knowledgeable service throughout their visit 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Enforce TABC compliance on every shift: responsible service, ID verification, and monitoring of guest alcohol consumption without exception 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Support frozen machine operation and batch program execution per CLUB39 SOPs 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists accurately and on time 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Monitor product levels and communicate low stock to your lead or management team 60; 60; 60; 60; 60; Always operate in compliance with applicable Texas health, safety, and alcohol regulations Compensation and Schedule
Pay: 60;$10.00/hr plus tips (all-day CLUB39 tip pool, allocated by hours worked)
Hours:
60; Availability must encompass all or part of 12pm-11pm, 7 days per week. Our Opening Operating hours being Monday-Friday 4pm-11pm, Sat 12pm-11pm, Sun 12pm-9pm. Full-time and part-time positions available. Schedule to be finalized with GM upon hire.
