About the role

An opportunity for established advisors ready for their next chapter. I am looking to connect with experienced Financial Advisors who have built successful client relationships and are interested in exploring new opportunities within an established wealth management platform. This is an opportunity for an established advisor to potentially gain greater independence, enhanced resources and operational support, attractive economics, and a platform designed to support the continued growth and long-term success of their practice.
The ideal candidate: Serves high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. Has a demonstrated history of managing and growing client assets. Is entrepreneurial and interested in exploring new opportunities. Has an established wealth management practice and strong client relationships. May be considering greater independence, a platform change, or a long-term succession opportunity. I am particularly interested in speaking with advisors who have built meaningful practices and are considering what the next chapter might look like.
Location: Fairfield County, CTAll conversations will be handled confidentially. Interested in learning more? Let's connect!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
