About the role
Chicago Trading Company is seeking a hands-on engineering leader in Chicago to direct a small team of engineers while maintaining involvement in code. You will own the developer loop end-to-end, including the build graph, remote caching and execution, test policy, and CI pipelines, and drive consolidation of codebases into Bazel in a monorepo. You will bring deep experience with C++, Java, and Python builds, and be adept with Bazel or similar systems, migrating large codebases to a monorepo.
