Supporting BECU members as a full-time Contact Center Associate, the role involves managing 70-100 inbound calls daily, resolving inquiries, and meeting performance metrics, all while working remotely from Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
Handle 70-100 inbound calls per day, providing high-quality service aligned with performance standards
Resolve member inquiries and escalations using sound judgment and creativity
Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience while adapting across multiple credit union functions
Required qualifications
High School Diploma plus 1 year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
Successful completion of in-house training program after hire with no missed training sessions
