About the role
Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Shop Foreman to lead all shop labor and daily execution at the Pearland Works facility.
You will oversee mechanics, machinists, weld and balance teams, ensuring safe, efficient completion of repair projects on pumps, compressors, and related equipment. You will guide technical execution, enforce API standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with Project Management, Production, and the General Manager to optimize throughput and customer
