About the role
EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the United States. You will lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements from strategy through implementation, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with client executives, apply Agile/SAFe practices, and drive capability implementations, product roadmaps, and adoption.
