We rebuilt payroll, benefits, tax registration, and compliance with AI at the core. Now we're hiring for our first GTM role. Own full-funnel marketing: demand generation, inbound, outbound, and lifecycle Build content that speaks to founders and SMB owners—landing pages, case studies, product launches, lifecycle emails Identify and test channels (SEO/AEO, communities, partnerships, referrals, paid ads) and double down on winners Driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about marketing Some real hands-on marketing experience—whether content, growth, demand gen, or product marketing Preferably from high-growth technology startups (in-house, not agency) Resourceful problem-solver who ships fast and learns faster than you plan Shape the marketing function from day one—you define channels, build the playbook, and grow the team Meaningful equity as an early team member with compensation to match A high-impact GTM challenge: your work directly affects customer activation and referral loops, not just top-funnel Small founding team, fast decisions, direct access to customers and impact Help American small business owners succeed and make health benefits more accessible to their teams

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
