About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to spearhead the growth of its Enterprise Account Executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of team management, including hiring, ramping, and leading the team to meet and exceed quotas. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion, with a focus on making the sales motion repeatable across a larger team. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include owning the team quota and forecast accuracy, leading deal strategy, and designing territory coverage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a strong background in enterprise sales. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 3 years' experience leading a quota-carrying enterprise AE team, particularly during a period of significant headcount growth. The role requires a player-coach mentality, with the ability to both manage a team and actively participate in the sales process. Experience with pilot or proof-of-concept led sales motions is essential, and a background in selling to law firms, healthcare, insurance, or professional services is a plus. The candidate must be willing and able to travel regularly and be adept at partnering with cross-functional teams to provide enterprise segment feedback.
