Assistant Studio Manager – San Francisco Hot 8 Yoga is a premier hot yoga studio coast to coast, rooted in connection and the belief that true transformation begins when individuals step into purpose‑driven work. Location: San Francisco, CAAbout Hot 8 Yoga We are more than a yoga studio, we are a community. Hot 8 Yoga is growing and that means we are expanding our management team. Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Qualifications: Previous management experience is required.
Responsibilities: Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week Be present at the studio during peak business hours, evenings, and weekends Track studio budget Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs Process payroll Oversee inventory Work 4‑5 front desk shifts Perform extensive cleaning all day, every day Lead teacher trainings Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
