About the role
Proactively driving on-time completion of software subscription renewals, the full-time remote Renewal Specialist will engage with customers to ensure contract compliance, educate them on renewal options, and collaborate with internal teams to manage renewals and expansions effectively.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to efficiently close renewals and related expansions
Review customer renewal information and usage data to ensure mutual agreement on renewal options
Proactively identify future renewals, connecting with customers well before expiration dates to ensure timely execution
Required qualifications
Experience in a high-volume activity environment managing multiple priorities
Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with customers
Extreme attention to detail for accurate and timely execution of contract paperwork
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
Interest in learning about modern software development and associated technologies
