About the role
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Renewals Specialist will engage with customers and partners to address technology challenges, manage high-volume transactional opportunities, and support consultative renewals while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the product experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer discussions to understand renewal needs and tailor messaging to align with business priorities
Prepare renewal quotes and coordinate with internal teams to refine pricing and terms for successful closures
Identify and suggest improvements for repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency in the renewal process
Required qualifications
3+ years of related experience
Understanding of renewal processes and familiarity with software subscription and licensing models
Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes
Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels
Ability to apply technical expertise across related products and services
