About the role
Symetra seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst in the Compliance team to support the Retirement (annuities) Division with product filing and operational compliance. You will identify issues, develop recommendations, and consult on state filings strategy, preparing filing materials accurately and promptly. You will collaborate across departments, manage annual filings, create training materials, and lead technically demanding projects with minimal supervision, mentoring junior analysts.
