About the role
Service Experts is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC systems. You will manage staffing, mentor technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
The role requires 4+ years HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will lead installations and large projects, conduct site visits, and uphold exceptional customer service and company standards.
