Bilingual Field Operations Manager

Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is looking for an outstanding Bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing management team. This is a hands-on management position responsible for helping lead and develop our field workforce, ensuring our teams are properly staffed, supported and performing to the high standards our customers expect.

This is a people-management and operations role, not simply a recruiting position. We're Looking For Someone Who: Speaks fluent English and Spanish Has at least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees and teams Has genuine hands-on people-management experience - not simply recruiting, staffing or HR administration Is confident coaching people, managing performance and holding employees accountable Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Is organized, dependable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Enjoys developing people and building successful teams Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, retail, home services or another frontline service environment is helpful, but not essential. Recruiting, staffing or HR experience is valuable as an additional skill but does not replace the required frontline management experience. Why Join Molly Maid?
