About the role
Aircall, a leading AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking an Field Marketing Event Coordinator to support events across the US and Canada. You will manage logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site leadership, translating strategic goals into memorable live experiences. You'll work with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Creative and Content teams, track invites, attendance and leads in Salesforce, and develop event playbooks to streamline future efforts.
