About the role
YipitData is seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting function. You will inherit an established team of about seven professionals and shape a strategic, data-driven approach to hiring across the United States. Partner with People and business leaders to drive change, scale processes, and own metrics while overseeing executive searches and proactive sourcing. This remote-friendly role can sit in NYC or anywhere in the US.
