About the role

Join The Revolution And Experience The Dynamic Difference At Dynamic, we believe values are at the core of everything we do. Our values of Dynamic, Developing, Devoted, and Dignity are not just words to us; they represent a way of life. We believe our values impact every aspect of our lives, including the emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. We are ready to Embrace the Challenge, Redefine what's possible, and Separate from the Ordinary!
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 annually
Work arrangement: On-site in Richardson, with regular operating engagement
Employment: Full-time Own the operating system that moves residential energy storage projects from installation initiation through completion. Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a decisive, systems-minded leader who can turn a high volume of work into predictable execution, build a strong coordination team, and resolve the process breakdowns that leave projects stalled. You will lead installation coordination and project completion, including the Project Coordinator organization and installation support functions. You will partner closely with the Director of Field Operations so project priorities, crew capacity, job readiness, and field execution stay aligned. This is an operating leadership role with direct accountability for results and the opportunity to shape how Dynamic scales. What You'll OwnEnd-to-end project movement from install initiation through inspection, service or corrective work, and closeout. Performance of the Project Coordinator team and installation support workflows. Project aging, throughput, cycle time, completion rates, escalation speed, and customer communication handoffs. Clear ownership for every stalled project, next action, and resolution timeline. Coordination standards across project management, permitting, warehouse, customer service, and field teams. Manager and team development, accountability, and operational bench strength.
What You'll Do: Set clear priorities and performance routines for coordinators and installation support leaders. Build leaders who can independently run their teams, make sound decisions, and resolve issues. Use data to identify bottlenecks, aging work, recurring delays, rework, and avoidable repeat visits. Lead escalations with urgency and clear decisions; bring concise recommendations when executive support is needed. Improve handoffs between office coordination and field execution, with named owners and complete information. Ensure field teams have clear scope, materials, permits, schedule, and customer commitments before work begins. Establish dashboards and review routines that lead to action, not reporting alone. Standardize processes without creating unnecessary friction as volume and complexity grow. Address performance gaps directly, recognize strong execution, and identify future leaders. Partner with the Director of Field Operations to align project sequencing with crew capacity and field readiness.
What You Bring: Demonstrated success leading a substantial, high-volume installation, field service, construction, home services, logistics, or project operations organization. Experience leading through managers or team leads and building their decision-making capability. Measurable results improving completion, cycle time, productivity, service delivery, customer experience, or aging work. Ability to manage complex workflows with multiple teams, dependencies, and competing deadlines. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate metrics into clear priorities and action. Direct, effective communication and the confidence to make timely decisions with incomplete information. Experience in residential electrical, energy storage, backup power, solar, HVAC, telecom, utilities, or construction is helpful; storage experience is a plus.
First Year Outcomes: Faster and more predictable movement from initiation through completion. Fewer aging projects, shorter resolution times, and fewer recurring bottlenecks. Coordinators and team leads who own commitments and deliver consistently. Stronger alignment between project priorities and field capacity. Reliable performance reviews that produce timely operational decisions. A repeatable operating model that supports growth without relying on constant executive intervention.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
