About the role
American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer in Laurel, MD to install and replace heating and cooling systems. You will lead installs with a helper, follow manufacturer specs and codes, and ensure quality and safety on every job.
Qualified candidates have a Journeyman's license (HVAC or Plumbing), 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.
