About the role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within the Energy Practice Area. You will work with a global team to deliver value through deep geothermal and subsurface expertise, shaping client insights and advancing strategic recommendations.
Based in Houston or Washington, you will contribute to cases, proposals, and client workshops, and help develop IP assets while mentoring junior colleagues.
