About the role
Fervo Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager to own the ORC equipment and plant layout across projects. You will lead a cross-functional team of process, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, ensuring budget, schedule, and technical excellence from design through startup.
You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Construction, and Operations, drive OEM performance, and push innovations in heat transfer and thermal analysis to lower costs and accelerate deployment.
