About the role
Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for senior roles across Core portfolio and partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies. You'll build pipelines, ensure data integrity with pipeline analytics, and design processes to scale recruitment across global markets, including use of AI with human oversight.
