Sales Development RepresentativeReal Geeks is looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives who have 12 years of phone-based cold calling experience in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, quickly building rapport, asking strong qualifying questions, and identifying prospects who are ready to speak with an Account Executive. You know how to handle objections, keep conversations moving, and determine whether a lead is a good fit without overcomplicating the process.As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and schedule high-quality opportunities for our Sales Account Executives.
