Sales Development Representative We have partnered with a global leader in educational technology, committed to empowering educators and inspiring student success through innovative EdTech solutions. With a focus on driving positive change in education, our client is revolutionizing teaching and learning experiences worldwide. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 1 year of EdTech sales prospecting experience to join the expanding SDR team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new sales leads and opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to identify potential opportunities for our EdTech solutions. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies within the education sector. Utilize CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records. Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our EdTech solutions. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to drive the sales process forward.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the educational technology industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
