About the Role: The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategy, operations, and financial stewardship. Working closely with the board and senior leadership, the CEO will set organizational priorities, develop and implement strategic plans, guide a remote team, and ensure effective program delivery and governance. The role also includes serving as the organization's public representative, building partnerships, monitoring sector and policy developments, and leading fundraising efforts to diversify revenue and support long-term sustainability. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least seven years of executive or senior management experience. Leadership experience in the clean energy sector, particularly with distributed energy resources, is required, along with a strong understanding of barriers to clean energy adoption and investment. The ideal candidate brings financial oversight expertise, board collaboration experience, and a record of effective staff leadership, communication, public speaking, and ethical decision-making. Empathy, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate and align a remote team are also important. FunctionsCEO/President

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
