TurnPoint Search is partnering with a boutique hedge fund to hire a Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the Founder and Head of IR, and manage day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: Provide support to the Founder and Head of Investor Relations including calendar management, meeting coordination, expenses, and travel. Oversee daily operations of the NYC office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. Conduct research, prepare meeting agendas, and track action items. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Liaise with service providers, building management, and vendors. Maintain office supplies, snacks, and equipment. Maintain office equipment including computers, printers, etc. and issue necessary technology to new and existing employees. Plan and coordinate off-site events and team activities. Manage any renovation projects, liaising with architects, vendors, and designers as needed. Manage ad-hoc projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and exceptional academic qualifications required.10+ years of experience as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Proactive, resourceful, and always one step ahead. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure where needed. Position pays a base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, and there is also the potential for a bonus.
