About the role

Here at Siemens, we take pride in enabling sustainable progress through technology. We do this through empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds. Improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That's why we always put our people first. Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you? We are building intelligent systems that bring generative AI into the physical world - merging models, embodiment, and real-time perception into entirely new product experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define, ship, and scale product experiences that integrate cutting-edge models with intuitive and responsive interfaces. While this role does not include formal people management responsibilities, it requires strong cross-functional leadership, influencing engineering, research, and business teams to drive outcomes. This role requires strong technical product instincts, the ability to work closely with engineers and ML researchers, and a bias for execution. You will own a core product area end-to-end, from customer discovery through roadmap and delivery, with full accountability for outcomes. This is an opportunity to define how humans will interact with intelligent systems that see, listen, and respond. This position is remote. You'll make an impact by: Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product surface or interaction model, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes and delivery Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, ML, design) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality experiences Translate user and market needs into clear, actionable product specifications Define and monitor success metrics, and iterate rapidly based on insights Collaborate cross-functionally across design, research, operations, and go-to-market Lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across functions, driving alignment and execution without direct authority Manage ambiguity and complexity while driving clarity and execution You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex or technical product areas
  • Proven success delivering customer-facing products from inception through launch
  • Ability to write detailed product specs and work closely with engineering teams
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, developer tooling, or ML-driven products
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications: MBA

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
