About The Role: Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Success Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them. What You Will Own Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting. Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it. A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice. What You Need Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must. A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through. Comfort carrying a quota. Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders. Base plus commission, split 50/50.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
