About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the brand's presence across all consumer touchpoints, including positioning, creative direction, storytelling, content, digital experiences, and integrated campaigns. This hands-on leader will establish the brand foundation and ensure a consistent and sophisticated consumer journey, from the website to social media, influencer campaigns, and new product launches. The role involves owning the end-to-end brand and creative function, directing external agency partners, and closely collaborating with performance marketing and product leadership to build a differentiated consumer brand that supports the company's growth. Applicants for the Head of Brand Marketing position at the company should have 10 to 15+ years' of experience in brand, creative, integrated, or consumer marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in high-growth direct-to-consumer businesses, particularly in the digital health, telehealth, wellness, and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a significant brand and creative remit, from strategy to execution, and be adept at partnering with performance marketing teams to drive acquisition and conversion. A collaborative, decisive, and low-ego operator who can thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led, or private equity-backed environment is essential.
