About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the B2C customer acquisition strategy, optimizing performance across the full consumer funnel, and identifying new channels to accelerate growth. This hands-on leadership position demands a professional with 8-15+ years' experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital commerce, or commercial leadership within high-growth B2C and direct-to-consumer businesses. Experience in telehealth, digital health, digital pharmacy, consumer healthcare, or other high-growth DTC environments is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling customer acquisition, managing core unit economics, and optimizing the full-funnel consumer growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing economics, the B2C customer journey, and the relationship between acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. They should be adept at operating in complex, fast-moving environments, and possess strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies. Experience in launching new products with go-to-market strategies, building and scaling marketing infrastructure, and managing external agency partners while enhancing internal marketing capabilities is essential. The role also demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on operational leadership style, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to influence partners across product, technology, analytics, and operations.
