Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degrees: Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Sensory Science, Life Science, Microbiology, or similar
- The Value You Bring
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate communication between various groups to achieve quality objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence
- Ability to quickly learn business software systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for the beauty industry and cosmetic products
- Data management and data organization skills
- Basic understanding of fundamental science concepts
- Strong critical thinking skills, teamwork and collaboration
- Interest in sustainability (preferred, not required)
- Interest in data analytics and artificial intelligence (preferred, not required)
- Program Details
- We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-AugustAll our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
- Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
- Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full-time employment at this time.
