About the role

Sales Development Representative (SDR), LofiAbout Lofi Lofi is the AI platform that connects the entire paid media workflow end to end for multi-location brands and franchises. Instead of scattered tools, slow vendors, and creative based on gut feel, Lofi lets brands go from idea to live, localized campaign in under a minute, publish across 30+ ad channels with a single click, and optimize performance in real time, all with a single clear view of what’s actually working. We’re building the new way to run performant, localized ads. This role isn’t about working a script someone else wrote. It’s about helping build how Lofi goes to market. You’ll be one of the first people prospects talk to, with real ownership over how we find, open, and win the brands that will define the category.
The role: We’re looking for an SDR who is curious, relentless, and genuinely interested in how marketing works. You’ll research and reach out to marketing leaders at franchise and multi-location brands, start conversations that matter to them, and book qualified meetings for our founders and sales team. This is an early role on a small team. You won’t be one of fifty reps hitting dial quotas. You’ll help shape our messaging, test new channels and plays, and feed what you hear from the market straight back into the product and pitch.
Who you are: A self-starter with a bias for action. You don’t wait for a lead list; you build one. A sharp, concise communicator in writing and on the phone. You can earn a reply from a busy VP of Marketing. Curious about the businesses you’re selling to. You want to understand how a franchise brand thinks about local marketing, not just recite features. Resilient and competitive. Rejection doesn’t slow you down, and you track your own numbers. Excited to build. You’d rather shape the playbook than inherit one. Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and operates well with autonomy.
What you’ll do: Research target accounts and map buying committees at franchise, multi-location, and enterprise brands. Run personalized multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Qualify inbound interest and book discovery meetings for the sales team and founders. Use AI tools and Lofi’s own GTM stack to research faster, personalize at scale, and spend your time on conversations rather than busywork. Experiment with messaging, sequences, and channels, and report what’s working. Keep the CRM clean and accurate so the pipeline is always reliable. Share market feedback from prospects with product and leadership. What we’re looking for1–2 years in an SDR, BDR, or other outbound role, ideally in B2B SaaS, martech, or at an agency. Strong candidates from other customer-facing roles are welcome. A track record of hitting or beating targets. Interest in marketing, advertising, or franchising. Familiarity with paid media is a plus. Comfort with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar. Experience using AI tools in your workflow. A clear path in mind. This role can grow into an Account Executive or other GTM role as Lofi scales. Location NYC preferred; remote considered for the right person. CompensationOTE of $90,000–$120,000 annually for NYC-based hires, depending on experience. Compensation for remote hires will be adjusted based on location.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
