About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CMDB & ServiceNow Integration Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, enterprise data architecture, system integrations, database technologies, and platform performance optimization.

Define and implement enterprise CMDB architecture, data models, and governance standards. Design and maintain CI classes, relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation rules. Drive CMDB health initiatives focused on data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance. Establish CMDB best practices aligned with ServiceNow CSDM standards. ServiceNow Solution Architecture Architect and govern ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, TSM, and related platform capabilities. Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow platform integrations and enterprise data architecture. Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and performance optimization initiatives. Define scalable and sustainable integration patterns across enterprise applications. Integration Architecture Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using: REST APIsSOAP Web ServicesIntegrationHubMID ServerETL platformsEvent-based integration frameworks Architect data synchronization between ServiceNow CMDB and: Inventory systems Monitoring toolsOSS/BSS platforms Cloud platforms Enterprise databases Lead integration troubleshooting, optimization, and root-cause analysis.
Cicada ETL Platform — Mandatory: Design and support Cicada-based data ingestion and ETL workflows. Define CI data ingestion, enrichment, normalization, and reconciliation processes from Cicada into ServiceNow CMDB.Optimize Cicada data flows, mappings, and integration strategies. Ensure the consistency, integrity, and timeliness of CMDB data populated from Cicada sources. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to onboard new data sources through Cicada.
Database & Data Architecture: Apply strong knowledge of relational database concepts and enterprise data modeling. Design scalable schemas and data structures supporting ServiceNow integrations. Optimize SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database performance. Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across complex datasets. Support data migration, transformation, and archival activities.
Performance Engineering: Analyze and improve ServiceNow platform performance. Identify and resolve bottlenecks across:
  • CMDB operations
  • Discovery processes
  • Service Mapping
  • IntegrationsDatabase transactions
Optimize application performance, response times, and batch processing workloads. Develop monitoring, alerting, and performance reporting frameworks.
