About the role

We're expanding the Dr. Rozen Institute for Enterprise Excellence and seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial sales and marketing growth partner to help scale our enterprise consulting and advisory business. The Institute focuses on enterprise transformation, AI adoption, M&A cultural integration, and change leadership, working with senior executives and leadership teams. We are looking for someone with: • A proven track record of generating and closing six-figure enterprise consulting engagements. • Deep expertise in B2B sales, demand generation, and marketing strategy for high-value professional services. • Established relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and enterprise decision-makers. • The ability to build and execute a scalable sales and marketing strategy, from lead generation and pipeline development to closing enterprise contracts. • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to help build a multimillion-dollar enterprise practice. This is a strategic, performance-based growth partnership with significant revenue-sharing potential. We're particularly interested in connecting with experienced enterprise consulting sales leaders, former professional services growth executives, and independent business development professionals. If this describes you or someone in your network, please reach out privately.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
