About the role
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture steel wire products
- Load raw materials and unload finished product
- Perform routine quality checks throughout your shift to ensure product meets specifications
- Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production flow
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any concerns to the shift lead or maintenance team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Prior machine operating experience required (manufacturing, production, or industrial setting)
- Comfortable working 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays as needed
- Able to work in a dirty/industrial environment around metals, dust, and heavy machinery
- Able to perform physical work standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
- Authorized to work in the United States
